Outdoor team building

We provide outdoor team building in our camp and the entire Lillebælt Nature Park

Our approach to team building includes the use of many different team building exercises. All these exercises take place in the calm nature, where we aim to create 'AHA' experiences, build good relationships through good communication, understanding and recognition. We use personality tests as a tool for personal development as well as to promote a deeper understanding of others in the team and strengthen the recognition of their differences.

Inspiration for team building in nature

Make your corporate event green and sustainable! We are passionate about organizing sustainable events, always with a focus on including diversity in the team. We offer a wide range of options that we easily and conveniently tailor to your specific needs.

We work based on two models – the Flow model (developed by Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi) and the ZNU zone of proximal development (developed by Vygotsky), which ensures that our activities are always exciting and take place in a safe environment. Using the two models not only ensures that our activities are exciting and dynamic, but also that we always create a safe and supportive environment where your employees can safely explore and learn without fear or worry.
