It is your own responsibility to familiarize yourself with and accept the conditions below before the course/service starts. Furthermore, as a participant, you have a duty to read all relevant information regarding your relevant course/service.

 

Reservation

Get Outdoor reserves the right to change and update the terms and conditions that apply to this website. It is therefore important that you keep yourself updated on whether any changes have taken place. Get Outdoor also reserves the right for misprints, typos and obviously incorrect prices for goods.

Customer & Privacy Policy

We do not resell personal information and do not pass on your personal information to others, they are only registered in our customer directory. You can have your information deleted at any time.

In order for you to enter into an agreement with Get Outdoor, we need the following information:

. CVR no. only for business customers

We register your personal data with the aim of being able to deliver the goods to you.

The personal information is registered with Get Outdoor and stored for up to five years, after which the information is deleted.

When personal data is collected via our website, we ensure that it always happens by giving your express consent, so that you are informed about exactly what information is collected and why.

The director and the employees of Get Outdoor have access to the information registered about you.

Information to third parties is only passed on to provide the customer with the desired service.

We do not store and transmit customer information encrypted.

As registered with Get Outdoor, you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to access what information is registered about you. You have these rights according to the Personal Data Act and inquiries in connection with this should be addressed to sune@getoutdoor.dk.

We reserve the right to pass on personal information, such as your name, city and phone number to other participants of the same course, so that there is an opportunity to create merging with other participants if necessary.

To personalize ads, e.g. banner/slideshows/video advertisements/images and events displayed in digital media. We want to take pictures and video that can be used in our marketing.

Cookies

At GetOutdoor.dk, cookies are used with the aim of optimizing the website and its functionality, thus making the visit as easy and pleasant as possible for you. You can delete cookies from your computer at any time, exactly how depends on your individual browser.

Registration/Payment

All amounts on the website where it is not stated e.g. VAT is inclusive of VAT.
The website uses the following currencies for pricing:
Denmark - Kroner (DKK)

Get Outdoor uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information with SSL protocol, which means your data is secure and cannot be read by outsiders.
Get Outdoor's own website also uses encryption with SSL protocol.

Get Outdoor receives payment via sent invoice with FIK number, Visa/Dankort and Mobile pay

Get Outdoor deducts the amount when the order has been processed by an employee.

Payment online

Payment will be debited from your account after we have reviewed the order, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.

Offer

Once an offer has been accepted via email, it will be binding and an invoice will be sent for the full amount with an 8-day payment deadline.

Offer is valid from the date sent and 8 days onwards

By accepting the offer, you also approve our terms and conditions which can be found on our website.

Changing the number of participants will incur a fee of minimum DKK 500. The number of participants can only be changed up to 14 days before your arrangement/event.

Offers over DKK 20,000 (incl. VAT) can be divided into 2, of which 50 % is settled immediately and must be seen as a deposit. The balance is settled 14 days before the event. Both invoices are sent after acceptance of offers with different payment deadlines.

Partial payments are subject to a fee of DKK 750 to cover administrative costs.

Twitching

If the payment has not gone into our account after the 8 days, a reminder will be sent, if this is not paid, you will receive reminder 2 with an added fee.

Refund

Refunds in case of no-show/cancellation or other payment agreement can be agreed in certain cases. However, this must be agreed in writing in the submitted offer.

If a refund has been agreed, please send your bank details so that we can transfer the agreed amount. All data sent will go under our above personal data policy and thus will not be made visible to bodies other than the company.

Gift card

In general:

A gift card for Get Outdoor is a bearer certificate and can be equated with banknotes. This means that if it is dropped or otherwise lost, it cannot be replaced. It is therefore always the person who is in possession of the gift card who will also be able to redeem it

- The gift card expires after 1 year from the date of purchase.
- Gift cards can only be used as a means of payment at GetOutdoor.dk
– The gift card is issued as a discount coupon and can therefore only be used once. (please contact us if the entire amount is not used, we are happy to issue a new gift card, for a fee of DKK 50, – for administration)
- The gift card is sent via email

Terms attached to gift vouchers with cash value:

- can be used as payment for all types of tours/courses
– Minimum amount of DKK 200, –

The following conditions are attached to gift vouchers for a trip/course:

- can be used as a means of payment for a specific trip or course
- can be used as payment for all types of tours/courses

 

Right of withdrawal

There is a 14-day full right of return on services purchased on the website, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.

The 14-day period starts on the day the order is completed and you have received an order confirmation.

Requests for cancellation must be communicated to us no later than 14 days after delivery and reach us no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your use of the right of cancellation.

If you order 14 days before your trip/course/activity/event, it will not be possible to regret your purchase.

After acceptance of the offer, the non-refundable deposit is paid.

 

Cancellation

In the event of unexpected weather conditions in connection with the ordered service, which means that we find it unjustifiable and thus necessary to cancel the relevant event, course or event. 50% of the amount paid will be immediately reimbursed. If, on the other hand, you want a new trip of the same type, this will also be possible if time and place permit, in our opinion

In case of non-attendance from an ordered event, or use of individual parts of the included elements, compensation cannot be calculated.

 

Insurance

Get outdoor in possession of all statutory insurances, if an instructor were to injure a participant, e.g. drop a canoe over the foot of a participant, it will be covered via our insurance.

If there is an accident and one of the participants is injured, it will most likely be the person's own accident insurance that must cover, if it is under a company-related event, then it must be the workers' compensation insurance that must cover. We would encourage you to investigate how you are covered.

Your responsibility

 

  • You must comply with the rules and instructions given by instructors and others who are connected with the completion of the course/trip. If these obligations are disregarded, we can exclude them from participating in the course before as well as during the course. In such a case, no refund will be made and any additional costs will be charged to you.

 

  • If there are significant deficiencies with our instructors or suppliers, you have a duty to contact the company's representative on site, who will correct the error. If the problem is not resolved, you should obtain written confirmation of this as documentation in the event of a complaint, so that we have the opportunity to improve and correct any answers.

 

  • We point out that those who participate in our activities do so solely at their own risk and responsibility. You are therefore responsible for taking out insurance that covers the activities in which you participate and covers if you are to blame for the injury or loss of others in various ways.

 

  • Responsibility for their private belongings in relation to damage or loss rests with the participant and thus Get Outdoor is not liable.

Our responsibility

 

  • Get Outdoor is fully exempt from incidents that affect a participant and which are caused by strikes, weather conditions, disasters or other damages that are of a force majeure nature or by the participant's own negligence/carelessness.

 

  • It is our full responsibility to ensure a good stable service on all our courses and services offered. In addition, we are responsible for being helpful with various questions and problems that may arise.

Complaint

Right of complaint

Pursuant to the Purchase Act, complaints must be notified no later than 30 days after the end of the course/service. In the event of a complaint or complaint against Get Outdoor, contact is made via the company's contact form.
